Default Saw sharpening vise

How do you hold a saw to sharpen it? I'd rather make a vise unless I can find one cheap. Any ideas?

I should've paid attention to the forum this was in...

Anyhow, I've never made one but I did come across some plans that were posted on another site called the Cornish Workshop;

I made a saw vise that was took design elements from Jasper's (from the Norse WoodSmith) and Dary Weir's Shop Built saw vise. I documented the building process here

Jacko,
Not right now. We're cleaned out! We will after the first of the year. Look on WoodNet's S&S forum for a notice when we have more.

No problem! If you subscribe to Lee Valley's email newsletter you should also be able to read about the same article, but with the added bonus of having plans I drew up for them. I'm not sure when that will be published, but I would assume that it'll show up some time in the next couple months.
